The SOC Manager oversees all elements of quality control for customer service, production and output related to program milestones and intended outcomes. In addition, the SOC Manager is responsible for all SOC training components for assigned shift including pre-assignment, ongoing and ancillary training programs. The SOC Manager reports directly to the Director of SOC and Intel Services.Specific Duties and ResponsibilitiesEssential Job Functions• Responsible for creating a positive, creative, and dynamic team culture that directly contributes to positive customer service• Develop and execute training programs for the Operators in all control room functions and conduct training exercises with the Field leaders• Assist the Client’s Security Personnel with the development and/or revision of security operation center processes, protocols, and systems• Work with applicable security contacts to identify process and quality improvements• Oversee quality control and oversight for all production, support, and staffing functions in the SOC• Develop general and specific SOC Guidelines and Policies• Directly assist in assessing, developing, and maturing the capabilities of the SOC; this includes the maturation of people, processes, and technology • Ensure proper utilization and execution of services by communicating to various stakeholders via approved communication channels• Maintain timely and accurate reporting as required; deliver metrics on performance, output, outcomes, and impact• Develop and implement programs to enhance supervision and operational proficiency• Ensure continuity of operations, coordinate shift pass down information, and conduct or delegate appropriate shift briefings to provide all updates, assignments, training, and uniform compliance• Maintain situational awareness of natural and man-made events that may compromise the safety and security of personnel, business operations, and infrastructure for client locations in the Bay Area• Provide support for operations and the intelligence/analytics areas• Ensure field personnel respond to all emergencies: medical, fire, hazardous materials, natural disasters, and accidentsAdditional Job Functions• Perform other related duties as required• Provide back-up operator support and on-call function as-needed• Must be able to work a flexible schedule on a variety of shiftsWhat we can offer• $85,000K / Salary• Health, dental, vision and 401K eligibility.• Paid Time Off (PTO)• A dynamic and challenging work environmentSecurity Industry Specialists, Inc.
